Thanksgiving Leftover 5.1% ABV

This brew has everything but the turkey. We thought, why not have that day after Thanksgiving leftover panini sandwich in beer form? Be prepared for a more savory flavor than you typically get in a beer. The mash included Savory Herb StoveTop Stuffing, roasted sweet potatoes, marshmallows, and fresh rosemary added to the boil. We added cranberry puree after because you can’t forget the cranberry sauce. Rate it on Untappd!
Cranberry Sauce Sour 5.8% ABV

This is a straightforward sour with fancy homemade cranberry sauce in mind. Although, we added store-bought cranberry sauce to the boil because, man, does store-bought cranberry sauce hit! We dressed it up by adding sweet orange peel in the whirlpool, more cranberry puree, and some pineapple post-fermentation. Rate it on Untappd!
Black Forest Cake Stout 4.7% ABV

We wanted to make an approachable, stout dessert that wouldn’t be so heavy-hitting that you couldn’t go back for seconds. Brewed with lactose, brandy-soaked dark sweet cherries, cacao nibs, Madagascar vanilla, and dark sweet cherry puree. This milk stout is sweet and decadent, but don’t let that stop you from having a second dessert. Rate it on Untappd!
Imperial Caramel Apple Graf 8.5% ABV

This is a beer/cider hybrid. We sourced some of the best local cider at Clyde’s Cider Mill and packed the grain bill with plenty of crystal malts. As the weather gets cooler, we wanted to ensure you stayed warm with this higher abv offering. The final touch was adding caramel because how can we have a fall without some caramel apples?
