Connecticut Casual is a combination of our ultra soft water with floor malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt that we then layer with the subtle notes provided by Czech Saaz, Hallertau and Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon hops. Whether you prefer to be beachside or poolside, Connecticut Casual is the perfect companion.

One of the perks of our small production size is the freedom it allows us to get creative with our brews. Throughout the year, you'll find several of our favorite brewhouse "experiments" available in our taprooms, on draft at some of your favorite hot spots and in your local package stores. While these brews are not in our regular rotation, we do bring them back from time to time!

In the vault, you'll find the limited and single releases that are the result of us just having some fun experimenting in the brewhouse. While these brews weren’t meant for the regular rotation, it doesn’t mean you’ll never see any of them again - we get nostalgic sometimes and will occasionally revisit a recipe or two!
