Dinner is obviously the best meal of the day, and if you think otherwise, you’re just wrong. We took one of our favorite base recipes for New England IPA and layered it with the elusive Medusa hop. This hop brings flavors of Guava, Melon, Apricot and Citrus to the dinner table, creating a meal we’re happy to feast on daily.
What really defines a sandwich? Everyone has their own opinion, and none of them are wrong. In this case, we’ve embraced the Radical Sandwich Anarchy standpoint and layered juicy Simcoe, Amarillo and Motueka hops between rich flaked oats and wheat before topping it with Tangerine Puree, Vanilla Bean and Lactose. We think this is a sandwich, even though you probably don’t. Drink fresh and enjoy!
DDH New England Style Pale Ale with Lactose added – We took opulence to the next level on this Pale Ale. We started with a malt profile that includes heaps of flaked wheat and oats. We then plowed it full of Australian Enigma and Mosaic hops just before giving it a silky smooth finish with an addition of Lactose. Drink fresh and enjoy!
We’re taking the New England IPA to the next level with this one! Just like those old school flared out binders we all loved, we’ve added some flare to this beverage. An addition of Lactose Sugar adds a creamy mouthfeel to this super juicy IPA that features Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy hops. We then bedazzle the heck out of it, conditioning the beer with Mango, Pink Guava and Passion Fruit puree. You’re sure to be the coolest guy in class if when you show up with a backpack full of these!
