DDH New England Style Pale Ale with Lactose added – We took opulence to the next level on this Pale Ale. We started with a malt profile that includes heaps of flaked wheat and oats. We then plowed it full of Australian Enigma and Mosaic hops just before giving it a silky smooth finish with an addition of Lactose. Drink fresh and enjoy!
We’re taking the New England IPA to the next level with this one! Just like those old school flared out binders we all loved, we’ve added some flare to this beverage. An addition of Lactose Sugar adds a creamy mouthfeel to this super juicy IPA that features Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy hops. We then bedazzle the heck out of it, conditioning the beer with Mango, Pink Guava and Passion Fruit puree. You’re sure to be the coolest guy in class if when you show up with a backpack full of these!
If you’ve ever had the opportunity to check out our brewing area, you may have noticed the binders sprinkled across the space. Each one contains its own super cool, but top secret information like MSDS sheets, event details, water profiles, and recipes. When these go missing or get moved three feet away, it can really hit the fan. Have You Seen My Binder uses loads of flaked oats and wheat for a clean, pillow soft mouthfeel. We then Double Dry Hop the beer with loads of two experimental hop varietals for an in your face tropical fruit experience!
We’ve learned that it’s impossible to always plan for the future, and the ability to adapt to current situations is a required skill set. We adopted a few new techniques and ingredients to help us brew this India Pale Ale and then double dry hopped it with a blend of Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7. The result is a soft India Pale Ale bursting with citrus and tropical fruit notes.

We’ve taken one of our favorite cold season ales and amped its character up. We then laid it down in Whiskey barrels with Vanilla and Espresso Beans for an extended period of time. The result is a decadent mélange of flavor that is sure to please!
Brewed for the Pink Boots Society’s national brew day, this refreshing Pre-Prohibition Lager features the floral aroma of Mt. Hood hops complemented by the addition of fresh, local honey. A pronounced bitterness is balanced by a pleasant grainy sweetness in the finish, making this an easy drinking lager perfect for spring.
This beer is named in “honor” of Carrie Nation, AKA the Saloon Smasher, a radical member of the Temperance movement, which ultimately led to Prohibition. She spent a decade of her life terrorizing saloons by smashing them with hatchets in an effort to destroy their alcohol and shut them down. This lager is a style you would have seen at these saloons during her reign of “hatchetation”.

With one pound per barrel of espresso beans this Espresso Amber has a nice dark roast character with bitter chocolate and malty notes. Light in body but not in flavor.
