The Next Episode #11 (Cans)

This take on the classic Gose style starts with a hefty dose of wheat malt and lactobacillus. We then added our own twist utilizing pink Himalayan Sea Salt for a subtle briny kick and backed that up with juicy Guava puree for a tropical kick.
