“These Boots Are Made For Drinking” – This monster DIPA, brewed for our Pink Boots Society Brew Day, features the special Pink Boots Hop Blend. It offers an aroma of fresh cut oranges, and has a mellow bitterness that gives way to notes of tropical fruit in the finish.
We’re taking the New England IPA to the next level with this one! Just like those old school flared out binders we all loved, we’ve added some flare to this beverage. An addition of Lactose Sugar adds a creamy mouthfeel to this super juicy IPA that features Mosaic, Citra and Galaxy hops. We then bedazzle the heck out of it, conditioning the beer with Mango, Pink Guava and Passion Fruit puree. You’re sure to be the coolest guy in class if when you show up with a backpack full of these!
If you’ve ever had the opportunity to check out our brewing area, you may have noticed the binders sprinkled across the space. Each one contains its own super cool, but top secret information like MSDS sheets, event details, water profiles, and recipes. When these go missing or get moved three feet away, it can really hit the fan. Have You Seen My Binder uses loads of flaked oats and wheat for a clean, pillow soft mouthfeel. We then Double Dry Hop the beer with loads of two experimental hop varietals for an in your face tropical fruit experience!
This New England IPA has a pronounced pineapple aroma, hinting at the citrus notes brought on by double-dry hopping with Enigma. The mouthfeel is ultra-smooth thanks to flaked oats and wheat. It finishes with a slightly clean and piney bite.
We’ve learned that it’s impossible to always plan for the future, and the ability to adapt to current situations is a required skill set. We adopted a few new techniques and ingredients to help us brew this India Pale Ale and then double dry hopped it with a blend of Citra, Mosaic and Idaho 7. The result is a soft India Pale Ale bursting with citrus and tropical fruit notes.
Soft notes of wheat and oats layered with citrus peel and lime provided by Ekuanot, Mosaic, Galaxy and Citra hops.
Being an experimental Porter, we used an Irish Malt which gives this beer a coffee aroma and dry body. We also utilized a Cherrywood Smoked Malt that shows up in the finish with a nice warming smoke.
Collaboration with Captain Lawrence. Slightly tart, slightly tropical – a blend of hops and sourness.
Captain Lawrence and Beer’d Brewing teamed up on this one and created a sure fire way to get your name on “The List.” We layered a clean malt bill with loads of Huell Melon, Azacca, Falconer’s Flight and Motueka hops for a Session India Pale Ale that’s sure to please.
This take on the classic Gose style starts with a hefty dose of wheat malt and lactobacillus. We then added our own twist utilizing pink Himalayan Sea Salt for a subtle briny kick and backed that up with juicy Guava puree for a tropical kick.
Much like the breakfast food, this DIPA is loaded with notes of red berries courtesy of the Mosaic hop.
Utilizing newly developed hops, this American IPA is loaded with citrus & tropical fruit notes.
Single hopped with Azacca this Double IPA is loaded with notes of candied grapefruit, ripe mango and orchard fruit.
Single hopped with Citra, this American Pale Ale has a burst of tropical fruit aromas and flavors, with a touch of citrus notes, and a finishing dash of graham cracker character.
Single hopped with Nelson Sauvin. This floral beer offers flavors of white
wine and stone fruit.
This big juicy Imperial IPA features Citra and Mosaic hops across a dried out malt backbone.
Tropical fruit notes like pineapple, passion fruit, and mango married with pine and grapefruit pith. Featuring Simcoe hops.
Bone dry and highly carbonated with hints of curacao orange peel, and spice from a Trappist ale yeast.
Full of roast, caramel, chocolate and coffee flavors. A creamy mouth feel with a dry finish.
